Design Term

    • Minimum resolution of 150 PPI, preferably 300 PPI (pixels per inch)
    • Color profile: RGB
    • File format: JPG
    • Maximum size per file: 1 meter x the width of the fabric
        • For seamless files, just send the seamless master without repeating
The definition of seamless master file is a file that if repeated, the image will connect or merge
seamless master file (as shown next) if repeated (copy and paste next to it) will produce a pattern like the example below master file that is not seamless (like the picture above) if it is repeated (copied and pasted next to it) will produce a pattern that is not good as the example below
    • The Height direction is the direction of the Fabric Length (Y axis). The Width direction becomes the Fabric Width direction (X axis). The design will always be printed with the vertical direction (Y axis) as the direction of the fabric length (height), and the horizontal direction (the X axis) as the direction of the fabric width (width). We are not responsible if there is a design direction that is not what the customer wants because the layout file that is sent is reversed.
    • Each fabric has a different print area width (listed in the price list). The width of the print area is -2.5cm from the right and -2.5cm from the fabric left. We are not responsible if there are images that are truncated because the files sent in width do not match what is listed in the price list
    • Files must be able to be opened using Adobe Photoshop (any version)
    • The size of the object / image / motif in the file must be what the customer wants.
The print price calculated on the price list and invoice is always based on the length of the file we received. We will print on paper according to the length of the file and the length of the order we received. There will be a shrinkage in the heat press process which causes the final result to be reduced from the total order. Size changes (decreases / increases) that occur in the heat press process are beyond our responsibility.
  • Pay attention to the level of resolution, color mode and color profile. Everything in RGB. The resolution must be large at the time the file was created. 150 pixels / inch or 300 pixels per inch
  • To check whether or not the display design is broken when printed on fabric, you can see it in View – Print Size. If at this stage the design looks sharp and does not break, then the print will not break. Examples above include pixelated images.
  • Production time for 1-100 meters is + 7-10 working days
  • Orders will be processed according to the order of efficacy, the duration of production cannot be accelerated and not included if there is a failure and the customer is made to reprint (reprint compensation terms can be seen at sin i)
  • The production process can take longer depending on the number of Designs and file sizes of each Design
  • Duration of color matching work + 7 working days (depending on the level of design difficulty)
  • The production process is outside of Sundays and Indonesian national holidays
  • If the production process is finished faster than the scheduled registration, the fabric will be sent directly to the customer
  • Fabric will be sent H + 1 after the production process is completed
Production time is also influenced by the number of Designs to be printed. More designs will take longer.
  • Sublimation techniques go through 2 processes: printing files on transfer paper and then via heatpress to transfer images to the fabric.
  • There are factors beyond control as machine repairs due to sudden damage, scarcity of raw materials in fabric manufacturing, changes in regulations and import customs (machinery, spare parts and ink are imported products). This will cause a longer production duration. We will inform customers if these things happen.
  • Removing a Design that registers efficacy and has already made the payment process cannot be replaced because it will automatically work in our system.
Especially for custom orders, issuing designs originating from customers (designs ready to print) will be processed directly by Zalmon Fabric’s trust without any changes in color, resolution and sharpness of the image. Our Printing Machine is connected to the Adobe Photoshop program so the files will be directly opened and processed using the Adobe Photoshop program. We are not responsible if there are differences in the results of files that are opened in the Adobe Photoshop program and other programs.
  • The color on the monitor screen does not mean the color is the result of the fabric. There will be a tolerance of + 10% between the colors on the monitor and the fabric results due to different technologies on each monitor screen and the ability of the printer head to read the color of the existing design, as well as different fabric properties / characteristics.
  • For a deep black color, you will not be able to get a black color as thick as a black color on a large fabric dipped fabric material.
  • For the white color, it will follow the basic color of the fabric (the white design is not printed)
  • It is recommended to do a print test before dropping a large quantity order.
  • We can do a color matching beforehand at a cost of IDR 50,000 / design (Not included Test Print fee) It is expected that the customer will send a hard copy of the color direction in the form of Print on HVS using a laser printer or color direction on fabric
* there will be a color difference between the color direction and the 5% matching result – 20%
  • The duration of the color matching process is +7 working days (but can be faster or slower depending on the level of complexity of the design and efficacy of the order queue). The length of time a color matching process is also affected by the number of designs which will be matched. More designs to be matched will require a longer matching process.
  • For customers who have Urgent orders and cannot wait for the color matching process, they can order 1M color charts using the fabric to be used (different fabrics will affect the color)
* Using Color Chart is used as a color reference but there will still be a tolerance of color differences of 5% -10%.
  • There will be an additional fee of IDR 50,000 per layout (per – + 1m) for layout designs that are not ready to print
  • For example:
    • If the file sent by the Customer is of various sizes and as many as you want to be layout into an area of 1m wide fabric. Then there will be an additional layout fee of IDR 50,000
    • If the file sent by the Customer is 110 x 110 cm in size and wants to be contoured / bordered on the design side. Then there will be an additional layout fee of IDR 5,000 per design
    • Seamless design means the motif will be printed repeatedly on the fabric area in full without interruption.
    • There are X and Y sizes for large repetition motifs.
      • X = fabric width (width)
      • Y = fabric height
    • For example: X and Y = 10 cm and a total fabric order of 5 meters, the repetition size the motif is 10 x 10 cm and will be repeated so that it fills the entire area of the fabric 5 meters long without interruption
    • The true Seamless design is a design that doesn’t look broken. We are not responsible if the Customer provides a Seamless design ready for print and it turns out that after a repetition of the design it is not yet a Seamless design.
Examples of Seamless Designs with repeat sizes X = 35 cm and Y = 35 cm, and will be printed on fabric length 100 cm x width 150 cm
    • Design placement is a motif that is not repeated or in the form of a panel motif.
    • Examples of Design placement are scarf motifs, motifs for dress patterns and all motifs that already have their own layouts.
    • If the Customer has a Design placement and the design will be printed more than once (For example: motifs measuring 50 x 50 cm and will be printed as many as 6x), please instruct if there is a distance between panels. For example, between panels given a distance of 3 cm.
Examples of Design Placement with requests on the Print Panel as much as 6x and given a distance between panels.
  • For design scarf or the like which will be printed more than 1 panel, then please inform whether to be spaced between panels or not spaced between panels. For example: The distance between panels is 3 cm. If it does not inform anything, then the design will be printed immediately without any distance
  • Tolerance of 4% of the total width of the fabric for skewing (slope) printing results especially for designs in the form of straight lines
  • For a scarf that will be sewn by Miss Poly with a clean sewing type, there will be a cloth usage of approximately 1cm on each side of the fabric. Sample case:
    • The customer wants to get the size of the net result after sewing is 110 x 110 cm, then the design must be made in the size of 112 x 112 cm (1cm on each side for stitches)
    • The customer only provides a design with a size of 110 x 110 cm to be sewn into a scarf, then the net result after sewing is around 108 x 108 cm.
  • There will be a tolerance of scarf production of approximately 2 cm caused by fabric shrinkage. Therefore the results of scarf production will not be able to produce results that are 100% with the right size.
  • The customer is responsible for all design copyrights and privacy sent to Miss Poly
  • Miss Poly is not responsible if there are demands in any form for all designs ready to print originating from the Customer
